Pricing
Priced per student, per month. No per-module charges, no SMS packs, no parent-app licence, no charge for adding another admin. Nineteen of our twenty-one modules are in the base tier; AI Studio and transport are in the higher one, and we say so here rather than in an invoice. Published openly so you can budget before you talk to us.

Figures above are for a full twelve paid months and exclude tax. Your first month is free on top of this, so what you actually pay in year one is lower. Indicative only — your quotation is confirmed in writing before anything is signed.
These are the line items other vendors commonly quote separately. With Infoleen they are part of the price above.

"Typical industry practice" describes patterns we encounter in school procurement generally. It is not a statement about any specific named vendor — check your own quotations line by line.
Yes — no card up front, no charge, no student cap, and the whole Standard platform rather than a cut-down demo version. It runs for 1 full month from the day you go live, not from the day you sign, so setup and migration don't eat into it. In exchange we ask for honest feedback and permission to reference you as a customer once you're happy.
The free month applies to Standard. Premium starts billing from day one, because AI Studio carries a real per-use cost from the first paper it drafts. If you want to try before you commit, start on Standard and move up whenever you like — you keep everything you've built.
We'll write to you two weeks before it ends with your Standard-plan pricing confirmed in writing, and nothing starts billing until you agree to it. If you decide not to continue, you export your data and go — no exit fee, no notice-period penalty, and no invoice for the free period.
No. Billing is on enrolled students only. Add as many staff and guardian accounts as your school needs. A guardian with three children at the school still costs nothing.
Monthly billing follows your actual enrolled count, subject to the 150-student minimum. Annual prepayments are trued up at renewal rather than clawed back mid-term — we don't invoice you in March because four students transferred in February.
No multi-year lock-in. Standard and Premium run on an annual term aligned to your academic year, and you can leave at the end of it. We'd rather earn the renewal.
Both carry a real running cost that scales with use rather than with enrolment. AI Studio bills compute on every paper it drafts. Transport sends a notification on every boarding and every drop, for every child on every trip, twice a day. Bundling either into the base price would mean schools that don't use them subsidising schools that do — a school with no buses should not be paying for a bus module.
The other nineteen modules are included precisely because they don't have that problem. And note what we're not doing: these are two named modules on one published tier, not an à-la-carte catalogue you get quoted line by line.
Yes — annual invoicing, purchase orders, and tax-compliant documentation: GST for India, and VAT-compliant invoicing for schools abroad. Talk to us about term-aligned billing dates if your finance calendar needs it.
Yes. The USD figure is our global list price, but we invoice in local currency for schools in the Gulf, wider Asia, Africa and Europe. Tell us where you are and we'll quote in the currency your finance office actually works in.
Curriculum and grading-scheme configuration, migration of your students, staff, guardians, classes and historic results, role-based training sessions for your team, and a parallel run through one assessment cycle before you cut over. It's a one-time fee, not an annual one.
Book a 30-minute demo and we'll put a written quotation in front of you the same week.
